Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

The main purpose of a customer service specialist is to be a ‘professional’ for direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types. You are an advocate of Customer Service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries.

Facilities Services Operative Level 2

This occupation is found in the facilities management (FM) industry both in the “supplier” side (i.e. those companies that supply FM services to their customers) and the “client” side (i.e. the recipients of those contracted FM services).

Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2 (AAT)

The accounts or finance assistant is responsible for assisting the team of accountants with junior accounting duties. These can vary massively depending on the team structure and size of business.

Content Creator Level 3

A Content Creator (also referred to as a Creative Content Assistant) is responsible for developing and creating content that can be used across a variety of media including digital, social media, broadcast or in print.

Library, Information and Archive Services (LIAS) Assistant Level 3

Library, Information and Archive Services (LIAS) Assistants perform a front line/global role in all sectors, supporting society through anticipating, determining, stimulating and satisfying the needs of existing and potential users for access to information in an ethical and fair or appropriate manner.

Digital Marketing Level 3

The primary role of a Digital Marketer is to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention.

Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 3 (AAT)

An Assistant Accountant provides support to internal and external customers and will work predominately either as an assistant accountant within practise or alternatively within the finance function of an organisation.

HR Support Level 3

HR Professionals in this role are typically either working in a medium to large organisation as part of the HR function delivering front line support to managers and employees, or are a HR Manager in a small organisation.

IT Solutions Technician Level 3

An IT Solutions Technician applies a professional methodology or framework to gather and analyse requirements; to design, develop, diagnose and test, and implement IT solutions and to provide ongoing support both directly to end users and for the underlying IT services.

Laboratory Technician Level 3

The broad purpose of the occupation is working at the forefront of technology to carry out both routine and one-off laboratory testing (and manufacturing where relevant) and perform a variety of technical support functions across the organisation.
