Through this model you are able to host an apprentice for the length of their apprenticeship programme (typically 12-18 months). Once the apprentice completes their programme, your organisation can choose if you wish to keep them on as a full-time employee or place them on another apprenticeship progression programme to continue to develop their skills and knowledge.
If you decide to hire the apprentice, you can do so with no finder’s fee from Inspire ATA making this a cost-effective way to recruit new talent.
Inspire ATA offer several apprenticeship programmes that can be used as progression pathways for apprentices in order to develop their skills and gain further qualifications. Once your apprentice has completed their programme, you can choose to place them on a progression pathway if one is available.
