In partnership with the Department for Education (DfE), Inspire ATA help recruit and employ apprentices on behalf of schools and trusts. We offer a range of roles to support educational settings gain qualified teaching and support staff.

Early Years Practitioner Level 2
Support your childcare setting with Early Years Practitioners (EYP). EYPs contribute to observation, assessment, and care tasks, working in partnership with parents and professionals.
Early Years Educator Level 3
Early Years Educators (EYE) have a deeper understanding of child development and learning, and they possess practical skills to support children’s holistic development.
Teaching Assistant Level 3
Teaching Assistants play a key role in schools, helping day-to-day classroom activities, support the pupils and the classroom teacher.
SEND Teaching Assistant Level 3
This unique pathway allows Teaching Assistant to qualify as Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) professionals, supporting schools tackle the SEND crisis.
Sports Coach
Level 4
Sports Coaches help to support a school’s PE and sports activities. Through Inspire ATA’s unique hiring model schools can use their PE premium for hiring sports coaching apprentices. Learn more about the PE premium.

Training
Inspire ATA employs apprentices helping organisations grow their staff and develop new talent. Employees on an apprenticeship programme receive weekly training sessions throughout the duration of the programme as they work towards a qualification in their chosen field. The cost of these apprenticeships is included in the hosting costs helping businesses close organisational skills-gaps in a cost-effective way.
Flexible hiring options
Inspire ATA offer tailored staffing solutions supporting unique organisational needs. Through our Flexi-job Apprenticeship model employers can host an apprentice for a short-term engagement (minimum 3 months) or long-term keeping them for the length of their apprenticeship programme.
