Adapting to business needs

Inspire ATA’s recruitment model is called Flexi-Job Apprenticeships. Through this model Inspire ATA acts as their employer while your business hosts them for their day-to-day work.

This means that you are able to hire an apprentice off payroll to work in your organisation with Inspire ATA covering all employment related paperwork such as salary, sick pay, holidays and more. This also means that the apprentice doesn’t count within your headcount freeing your hiring budget. You are effectively offering a placement for an individual in return for a monthly fee.

 

What counts as short-term engagement?

Short-term engagement needs to be of a minimum of 3-month hire.

Am I able to move from short-term to long-term engagement?

Yes, Inspire ATA are fully flexible and able to adapt for your business’s needs. Simply contact your account success manager to discuss extending the hire.

What if the apprenticeship doesn’t work out?

While Inspire ATA works to ensure minimal risk in our recruitment, sometimes things don’t work out.
If there are any issues with your apprentice, Inspire ATA will take the responsibility of finding you a replacement and finding the apprentice a new placement, making the process risk and hassle free for your organisation.
