These roles are delivered in partnership with our sister company LMP Education, an award-winning apprenticeship training provider.

Administration Assistant Level 2 

Available for new staff between the ages of 16-24, this brand-new role is aimed at tackling the growing number of young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).

Administration Assistants can work within all sectors and industries including all sizes of organisations from small to large businesses. Assistant Administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied across the public, private and third sector.

Pastoral Support Practitioner Level 4

A Pastoral Support Practitioner, at times known as an Early Intervention Specialist, in a school setting identifies and supports children of all ages with developmental delays, disabilities, or behavioural challenges. They implement tailored strategies, such as Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) or small-group interventions, to improve learning outcomes, boost social-emotional skills, and prevent long-term difficulties.

Coaching, Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3

Coaching, Learning & Development Practitioners are typically involved with identifying learning / training needs, designing / sourcing training and learning solutions, delivering and evaluating training, and working with stakeholder / business area managers. The role focus is often on the practical delivery of training

Autism Support Practitioner Level 5

The Autism Support Practitioner Apprenticeship supports teaching assistants and support staff to become specialists in autism practice. Apprentices will learn how to understand and respond effectively to the needs of autistic pupils, remove barriers to learning and enable meaningful participation and inclusion. Autism Support Practitioners can work in primary, secondary, special schools, alternative provision, further education institutions such as sixth forms and colleges.

Speech & Language Support Practitioner Level 5

Speech, language and communication needs are now the most common type of SEND in England, with over 1 in 4 pupils on SEN support identified with SLCN. This means schools need staff with the right knowledge and practical expertise to spot needs early, put effective support in place and help pupils access learning with confidence.

Delivered in partnership with Speech & Language Link, recognised experts in supporting children and young people with speech, language and communication needs, bringing evidence-informed approaches and practical strategies that are used in schools every day. 

 Speech & Language Support Practitioner Level 5

AI Practitioner for schools Level 4

Artificial intelligence is a valuable tool for any organisation to implement in its organisation; however, schools more than any other organisation need to ensure the implementation of AI tools is done ethically and safely. The programme prepares apprentices for roles including AI Coordinator, AI Implementation Lead, Digital and AI Lead and Automation and Systems Lead. It focuses on the practical, ethical and effective use of AI and automation across schools and MATs.
