Explore expert recruitment solutions for non-teaching staff with Inspire ATA

When thinking about jobs in schools most people would immediately think of teachers, however, those who work with the education sector know that non-teaching staff are crucial for the efficient running of a school. Now is the time to start thinking about your September recruitment and get prepared for the new academic year. Inspire ATA can support you in ensuring that your school is fully equipped with the right personnel at the right time.

Non-teaching positions:

Inspire ATA offer a range of non-teaching roles to support schools.

Facilities Management Supervisor

This role is often referred to as Caretaker within schools. Facilities management supervisors oversee teams to ensure safe, efficient environments, managing both hard (estate management) and soft (catering, cleaning) services. They ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, meet performance indicators, and resolve customer service issues, contributing to continuous improvement.

Marketing

An often-overlooked profession within schools, marketing is crucial for supporting the organisation’s visibility and brand awareness. Inspire ATA offer two marketing roles, Multi-Channel Marketer and Digital Marketer.

Both roles primarily focus on defining, designing, building, and implementing campaigns across various online and offline platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Accounts

Finance roles are essential for the efficient running of a school and help to ensure that budgets and overheads are considered. Through Inspire ATA you can recruit finance personnel at two levels of qualifications: Level 2 Accounts or Finance Assistant and Level 3 Assistant Accountant. Both roles have an embedded AAT qualification as part of the training provided.

IT and Digital Skills

As our modern world continues to become more reliant on technology, getting the staff with the right digital skills is the best way to stay up to date. Inspire ATA has two IT programmes: Information Communication Technician (ICT) that has a broad purpose of delivering efficient operation and control of the IT and/or Telecommunications infrastructure (comprising physical or virtual hardware, software, network services and data storage), and IT Solutions Technician which applies a professional methodology or framework to gather and analyse requirements; to design, develop, diagnose and test, and implement IT solutions and to provide ongoing support both directly to end users and for the underlying IT services.

Human Resources

Human Resources (HR) are the backbone of any organisation, and schools need HR professionals just as any other sector. Inspire ATA’s HR Support role help to bring the right staff to develop into these key roles within a school.
