The role is varied and individuals tend to specialise in an area and have to be adaptable and ready to support team members across the business.

The Hospitality Team Member programme is designed to develop confident, adaptable professionals who can deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Apprentices will build the practical skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to contribute effectively to their team, respond to customer needs and support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

With a strong focus on professionalism, communication and customer service, the programme prepares apprentices to take responsibility within their role while understanding how their contribution supports the wider success and reputation of the organisation.
