Start planning your academic year recruitment pipeline

The end of the academic year is always a busy and exciting time, but it is also important to think ahead and get ready for the next academic year to ensure that your school is fully prepared. Now is the time to start your recruitment pipeline, working through the summer to put your school in the best position come September.

Inspire ATA have a number of positions for schools both in teaching and non-teaching roles that can help you start the new academic year on the right foot.

Inspire ATA’s staffing solutions

Inspire ATA work using the flexi-job apprenticeship model. Through which schools can “host” an apprentice while Inspire ATA acts as the employer. This means that schools are able to hire with ease without impacting headcounts or budgets. It also means that all paperwork, holidays, sick pay, disciplinary actions, grievance and safeguarding is handled by Inspire ATA giving you peace of mind.

Through the flexi-job model you can also hire an apprentice short term (minimum 3 months) so if you only need cover for a few months, we can support you in this. Read how Pield Heath House School utilise Inspire ATA in their hiring process!
