Progress your career with an apprenticeship
Apprenticeships can be a fantastic way to jump start a career. It allows learners to gain a qualification while developing real world skills and experience, but what happens after completing an apprenticeship programme? Inspire ATA are here today to discuss progression pathways.
What happens after you complete an apprenticeship?
Those who complete an apprenticeship programme will have a qualification in their chosen field and experience working in the industry. The next steps will then be continuing perusing this career. Some apprentices get offered a role within the company they completed their apprenticeship with, while others move to roles in other organisations.
There is one more path to consider: apprenticeship progression pathway. Through this pathway, apprentices will move on to a higher-level qualification, continuing an apprenticeship programme. This allows the learner to develop their knowledge and skills further, enhancing their CV and increasing their job prospects.
