Here at Inspire ATA we love hearing about the success of our learners and watching them grow and develop within their career. Today we have gathered a list of some inspiring apprenticeship stories from our learners over the years.
Apprentices one year on. Where are you now: Maysan Amin
Maysan Amin completed her Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship in 2024 with Inspire ATA.
After completing her apprenticeship at Meadowhead School Maysan was offered a full-time position at the school and she has since been promoted to Learning Mentor.
Apprentices one year on. Where are you now: Jamie Herbert
Jamie Herbert from Sheffield completed his IT Solutions Apprenticeship at Meadowhead School Academy Trust in 2024. Since completing his apprenticeship with Inspire ATA, he secured a permanent IT job within a school.
SEND TA Kabita excels in her apprenticeship
Kabita is a Level 3 Teaching Assistant SEND Pathway apprentice from Stevenage. She started her programme with Inspire ATA in 2023 and has had a great experience getting a hands-on experience working in a secondary school, achieving a distinction in her apprenticeship.
Jamil Morrison’s Digital Marketing Apprenticeship journey
Jamil Morrison, 19, completed a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship at LMP Group in 2024. Jamil has received a distinction for his 18-month programme and is now embarking on his journey as a digital marketer.

Samuel Hempshall, a Teaching Assistant apprentice from Meadowhead school. Samuel stared his apprenticeship in September 2024 and since then he’s been growing in strength and even won Apprentice of The Month a month after starting his programme.
