2025: a year of growth for Inspire ATA

2025 has been a fantastic year for Inspire ATA. We were able to grow and support more learners than ever before. As we come into the final days of the year, we’d like to look back and review the successes of 2025. 

This year we welcomed many new client partners, helping us to provide more recruitment solutions and employment opportunities for apprentices. Our programmes continue to support career development with over 100 apprentices moving on to full-time roles following the completion of their apprenticeship in 2025. 

Inspire ATA continues to improve processes and systems, working with our training partners to introduce new initiatives to support our learners. Through this we strengthened collaboration and created a more unified approach to learner support, ensuring every apprentice thrives on their journey - because they are the reason we do what we do. 

Moving into 2026, Inspire ATA is committed to continuing to provide exceptional apprenticeship support to our client partners and apprentices, and drive new opportunities for all apprentices.
