Teaching Assistant Nooria develops skills with Inspire ATA

Nooria is a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprentice with Inspire ATA, working in Grange Primary School. Here is her story: 

“I decided to do this apprenticeship because I want to get more skill and knowledge from my workplace. 

I chose the apprenticeship path because I wanted to work practically and gain more experiences. The apprenticeship helped me to achieve both experience and knowledge. 

I’m most proud of the experiences I have had during my programme and how I’ve built up my confident. Inspire ATA has helped me a lot during my apprenticeship through meetings and CPD. 

This programme has helped me to understand children's need and level of abilities. I have seen improvement in the participation and understanding of my pupils which I am extremely proud of. 

After completing my apprenticeship, I would like to continue my education and qualify as a Level 5 Teaching Assistant”
