Apprentice Gracie May starts a career in education with Inspire ATA

Gracie May Clark is a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with Inspire ATA working in Beacon Hill Academy. She chose to go on the apprenticeship journey to develop her skills. She was drawn to doing an apprenticeship because of the “learn as you earn” benefit, allowing her to earn a wage while learning new skills. 

Gracie May’s main goal to take on an apprenticeship is to become a qualified teaching assistant and she is most proud of developing her confidence and learning different skills. 

Throughout her apprenticeship Gracie May was supported by the Inspire ATA team who helped her to make the most of her journey. 

After completing her apprenticeship Gracie hopes to continue her work and gain her qualification.
